Surrey County Council is the owner of the site.  The vision for the site is to deliver an exemplary Extra Care Housing scheme for older people in the local area and to create a place to call home that meets people’s long-term accommodation and support needs.

Atkins is a world-leading design, engineering and project-management consultancy. They are working closely with Surrey County Council’s Adult Social Care team to carefully and thoughtfully design homes with the end users in mind.
