Extra care housing is self-contained apartments designed for older people.

The site in Camberley was formerly occupied by Pinehurst Care home. It is currently vacant.

The Pinehurst site is ideally situated for Extra Care Housing.

All car parking spaces will have their own EV charging socket.

The proposed landscape is enriched with varied vegetation, is accessible to all users and provides attractive outdoor spaces.

We've committed via our climate change strategy to achieve Net Zero Carbon for council operations.
