Surrey County Council (SCC) is pleased to bring forward plans for new, high quality, affordable Extra Care Housing on the site of the former Pinehurst Care Home in Camberley. The Council and our designers are keen to understand the local community’s views and to seek feedback before submitting a formal outline planning application.
